How to obtain DxDiag and MsInfo

DXDiag File:

1. Press Windows Key + R
2. Type dxdiag and press Enter
3. Wait for the progress bar to finish loading
4. Press the Save All Information button at the bottom of the screen
5. Save the file as 'dxdiag.txt' somewhere you can easily find it, such as your desktop
6. Press the Exit button to quit this application

MSInfo file:

1. Press Windows Key + R
2. Type msinfo32 and press Enter
3. This will open the System Information window
4. Click on File in the top toolbar and select Export
5. Save the file as "msinfo.txt" somewhere you can easily find it, such as your desktop
6. Wait for the progress bar to finish, this can take a few minutes
7. Close the System Information window.

Crash Issue

A. Gather Msinfo and Dxdiag to check minimum specification requirements

B. If the specifications are below minimum spec requirements, provide spec requirements needed to run the game properly.

C. If the specifications met minimum spec requirements, proceed with troubleshooting:

1. 1. Update the graphics to the latest version
   2. Game is updated to the latest version
   3. Check if updates are available for System
   4. Enough RAM and GPU are available to run the game and clear RAM consuming background apps
   5. Verify the integrity of steam files of the game
   6. Disable Antivirus or Firewall
   7. Prioritize the game to run on your NVIDIA Graphics card (NVDIA graphics installed devices only)
   8. SFC/scannow command : The sfc /scannow command will scan all protected system files, and replace corrupted files with a cached copy

Game freezes

1. Clear the system cache
2. Try updating the Nvidia/AMD drivers
3. Reinstall the Microsoft DirectX
