Platform: Select the platform you encountered the issue on.

Attachments: Here you can leave screenshots and videos (or a dxdiag export if you are playing on PC) of the issue. This is an optional field but highly appreciated!

Description: When I started a new game on Xbox One the game crashed. This happened after I completed the game and went to start a new one on Easy difficulty. The opening cutscene started, the game crashed, an Xbox error message displayed and then the game closed.
Steps:
- Completed the game.
- Went back to the title screen and selected “new game”.
- Watch the opening cutscene.
- During the cutscene the game crashes to home screen.
