D1 patch fixes
Playstation fixes:
-Activities not sending you directly into the game
-Diconnecting the controller at the same time as having a multiplayer disconnection would cause a soft lock in the game
-Removing internet cable wasn't updating the status on the multiplayer terminal
Xbox fixes:
-Reduced the number of internet requests for profile information
-Suspending the game while joining a session would cause a soft lock
General fixes:
-Input fix where shield animation could get locked
-Balancing of Tharvus Kheep
-Disabled visibility of different players in cutscenes
-Vfxs were not showing properly on heavy ranged attacks for joining players
-Ferronite boss had the incorrect fog fixed on multiplayer
-Weapon colored by reactor was not replicating properly
-Session was not being closed properly on last boss
