The code available for the redemption is a unique 12-character sequence of letters and numbers that allows you to unlock content in games linked to your Deep Silver Account. Please note that you must be registered and logged in to the Deep Silver Account system to redeem the code.
Please note that the code for in-game content can only be used on the Deep Silver Account website. Purchased game codes for game activation must be used on the respective platforms (Steam, PlayStation Store, etc.).
How to Redeem a Code?
- Log in or sign up for the Deep Silver Account system.
- Ensure you have linked the game you want to use the code for to your Deep Silver Account.
- Access the code redemption form in one of the possible places listed below.
Reward Section
- Go to the reward section.
- Click the "Redeem Code" button below the list of games:
- After clicking the button, the form will appear for you to enter the code:
Profile Dropdown Menu
- Click on your profile in the top right corner of the screen.
- In the list, click on Redeem Code:
- Pressing this button will open the aforementioned form to enter the code.
- Enter the unique reward code in the form and click the Redeem button.
- If you have entered the unique code correctly and it has not expired, the reward associated with the code will be granted:
- Now, all you have to do is get in the game and get your reward.
