Some players experienced a crash when launching or playing the Supernova Challenge in Galaxy on Fire 2 HD on iOS. This issue was caused by a compatibility conflict introduced by a recent iOS update. A game update was released to address this problem.
- Make sure you have the latest version of the game installed.
- Open the App Store on your device.
- Search for Galaxy on Fire 2 HD.
- If an update is available, please run the Update. - Restart your device.
- After updating the game, restart your iPhone or iPad to ensure all changes are applied correctly. - Launch Galaxy on Fire 2 HD and access the Supernova challenge.
- Open Galaxy on Fire 2 HD.
- Navigate to the Supernova content and continue your playthrough.
A previous crash in the Supernova challenge was addressed in the latest update to Galaxy on Fire 2 HD. While the issue could not be reproduced directly during testing, we identified a likely cause in the code and implemented a fix. Since the update, no further reports have been received. Please ensure your game is fully up to date to avoid this issue.
