- Ensure your system and game are updated to the latest version.
- Please, make sure to connect your microphone before starting the game, otherwise it won’t get recognized.
- You could also attempt to completely switch off your console, then plug your microphone while the console is still off then restart the console and the game. This should help your system to detect your microphones correctly.
- It may happen that your console prioritizes the microphone from your Dualsense controller, we suggest to ensure to deactivate it to allow Let´s Sing to use the microphone you want to use. To do this, proceed as follows.
- Step 1: Go to "Settings".
In the settings menu, navigate to "Sound" and select it. - Step 2: Select "Microphone".
In the "Sound" settings, select the "Microphone" option. - Step 3: Deactivate the microphone.
In the microphone settings choose the Input Device "Microphone on Controller", next go to "Microphone Status When Logged In" and set it to Mute to turn the microphone on or off. Every time you start your PlayStation 5 console, the microphone on your controller does not pick up any voice. - Step 4: Confirm the changes.
Once you have disabled the microphone, confirm the changes and return to Let´s Sing.
The microphone on your PlayStation 5 controller should now be disabled. You can re-enable it as required by going through the same process and enabling the microphone option.
