- Fixed crash that sometimes happens when loading levels
- Fixed crash after resuming headset and interacting with universal menu during gameplay
- Fixed crash when using grenades
- Fixed crash when fighting against spiders
- Fixed the achievement “Unresolved Business” not unlocking when going through the metro cart too fast and made sure this achievement is unlocked for players that already finished this chapter but didn’t get it unlocked.
- Fixed Hippocratic Oath achievement failing during an event that’s not in the players control and made sure that players that already passed this point won’t fail the achievement past this moment. Players that have already finished the game will receive the achievement directly.
- Fixed switching between standing/seated mode not setting the correct player height
- Fixed unnatural bright spots being visible on walls, floors & ceilings
- Fixed parts of the level in chapter 5 disappearing when looking from a specific position & angle
- Fixed parts of the level in chapter 6 disappearing when looking from a specific position & angle
