You can start the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC by speaking with Peter of Písek, who will ask you to assist the renowned physician Albich of Uniczow. Peter can be found in Suchdol or Kuttenberg if you have already completed the main storyline. Once you accept his request, you’ll begin your journey to the Sedletz Monastery to investigate a mysterious plague.
