Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Ensure the PS VR2 is set up:
- Put on your PlayStation VR2 and make sure it’s connected to your PlayStation 5 and functioning correctly.
2. Start Metro Awakening and reproduce the bug/issue:
- Launch the game or application where the bug occurs, and navigate to the point where you can reproduce the issue.
3. Start recording the video:
- Press the Create button (on the left of the DualSense controller) or the Create button on the Sense controllers when you're ready to record the bug/issue.
- Select the Save Recent Gameplay option. The PlayStation 5 automatically saves the last 15 minutes of gameplay, so you can record even after the bug/issue occurs.
4. Start manual recording (optional):
- If you want to start a specific recording, press the Create button and choose Start New Recording to begin capturing from that moment onward.
5. Review the video:
- Go to the Media Gallery in the PS5 menu and open the clip to make sure the bug/issue is visible.
6. Export the video:
- To export the video to your smartphone or a USB stick, select the video in the Media Gallery, press the Options button,
and choose Copy to USB Drive or share it via the PlayStation App to your mobile device.
Notes:
- Make the bug/issue clear: Ensure the bug/issue is visible in the video and provide a brief description of the bug/issue. Also, please write down the minute/second where the bug/issue is visible.
