To access the exclusive content in Metro Awakening, follow the steps below. Players who pre-ordered the game will receive the Field Medic Pack, while those who purchased the Deluxe Edition will receive the Memories of Polyanka Pack along with access to the Concept Art Gallery.

Pre-Order Edition: Field Medic Pack

Field Medic Pack includes:

Deluxe Edition: Memories of Polyanka Pack

Instructions: Accessing Skins and Customizations

Glove Skins (Field Medic & Memories of Polyanka Packs)

1. Ensure you own the corresponding DLC.
2. Boot Metro Awakening.
3. From the main menu, select Extras.
4. Navigate to Glove Skins and choose the skin you want.
5. Load your save data by selecting Continue.
6. You can now view the gloves in-game.
   
   

Backpack Skins,Patches and Charms (Field Medic & Memories of Polyanka Packs)

1. Ensure you own the corresponding DLC.
2. Boot Metro Awakening.
3. From the main menu, select Extras.
4. Navigate to Backpack Skins, Backpack Patches or Backpack Charms and choose the content you want.
5. Load your save data by selecting Continue.
6. Reach over your shoulder with the left controller and press R1 to grab the backpack.
7. You can now view the backpack and customizations in-game.
   
   

Additional Content: Concept Art Gallery (Deluxe Edition only)

1. Ensure you own the corresponding DLC.
2. Boot Metro Awakening.
3. From the main menu, select Extras.
4. Navigate to Concept Art Gallery.
5. Select Concept Art Gallery to load and view the artwork.
