If you cannot find your purchased/activated Let's Sing content, you can proceed as follows.
Note:
Make sure that the code/voucher for the "Free Songs Pack" has been activated on the profile you want to use to access the content.
1. Check if the purchase was completed:

- Open the Nintendo eShop on your Nintendo Switch console.
- Go to your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select "Redownload" and check if the Let's Sing you want to install appears in the list.
- Highlight Let’s Sing and select the orange icon to begin downloading the game and any Free Songs Pack you’ve purchased. You can check the download status in the HOME Menu.
2. Manually install the Free Songs Pack:

- Go to the Home Screen on your Nintendo Switch.
- Select the base game associated with the Free Songs Pack and press the + or - button on your Joy-Con.
- Navigate to the "Software Update" tab and select "Via the Internet".
- This will check for any pending downloads for the game.
3. Download the Free Songs Pack via the Nintendo eShop (only if Let’s Sing was purchased digitally):

- Open the Nintendo eShop and search for the base game.
- Select the game's product page and scroll down to "Downloadable Content".
- If the Free Songs Pack is marked as purchased, you can manually download it from there.
4. Verify the content:

- Once installed, launch the base game and check if the Free Songs Pack is available.
If the Free Songs Pack still doesn’t download, ensure that:
- Your Nintendo Account is linked to the same user profile that made the purchase.
- You have enough storage space available.
- Your internet connection is stable.
